Vivant’s sire, Fuego du Prelet by
Jalisco B, is an Almé grandson.
Jalisco is is the sire of the 1990
World Champion, Quito de Baussy, and
the magnificent line founding
stallion, Quidam de Revel, as well
as the highly profiled sire, Paillon
Rouge. Vivant’s dam's sire, Landino
by Landgraf, comes from the same
family that produced Carprilli.
Hedjaz, found in the third
generation, another French trademark
stallion, is also the dam's sire of
Otterongo who took the Vice European
Champion title and fourth place in
the Olympic Games in Athens under
Ludo Philippaerts (BEL) as well as
McLain Ward's Sapphire (USA) – one
of the best mares in international
show jumping for years.
The dam, Everlasting Day, is by the
TB Brilliant Invader, the top ranked
sire of eventers and showjumpers
including Wendy Schaeffer’s Koyuna
Sunshine, Koyuna Sun Storm, Koyuna
Sun Dancer, ex World Champion Reddy
Teddy (ridden by New Zealander Blyth
Tait), and many others. This mare
has already produced several other
super young horses including Faraday
(currently owned by Sophie Warren)
and Day of the Jackal (by Daley K) –

Victory Day has a lovely temperament
and outstanding movement. This is
definitely a prospect for a rider
wanting a horse to take them to the
